Hardware Engineer

* Job Duties:
- Preparation of test specification, test plan and test reports
- Join the hardware design team to design the power converters/AC- DC Circuit, Power supply, Bike/EV charger and Solar Inverters
- Responsible for verification and validation of developed hardware
* Experience nice to have:
- Knowledge of thermal management, magnet components design, EMC and safety requirements
- Knowledge of PCB design in meeting the compliance/Manufacturing requirements.
- Strong design knowledge of Digital circuit designs, Analog circuit design.
- Product design experience: Power converters/AC- DC Circuit, EV charger and Solar Inverters
- Experience and design knowledge of PFC, LLC and Flyback, Inverters, semi conductor devices and gate drives.
- Ability to analyze analog & power electronic circuits using error budgets, Performance analysis, Sensitivity analysis etc.
- Knowledge of control Loop design and stability analysis and experience in developing control systems for Power inverters/Converters.
- Experience in magnetic design: Low and high frequency transformers and Inductors

* Basic Requirement:
- Familiar with the use of multi- meters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
- Good knowledge of electronic circuit design using discrete semiconductors (BJT, MOSFET, Diodes)
- Good knowledge of electronic circuit design with Op- Amps, ADCs
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience with analog and digital circuit development including design, debugging and validation.
- Having experience in using CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout, Pulsonix is a plus.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic.
- Prototyping, validation and troubleshooting of electronic circuits
