Hardware Engineer

Job Duties:

Join the hardware design team to design the power converters/AC- DC Circuit, Power supply, Bike/EV charger.
Preparation of test specification, test plan and test reports
Responsible for verification and validation of developed hardware

Experience nice to have:

Strong design knowledge of Digital circuit designs, Analog circuit design.
Experience and design knowledge of PFC, LLC and Flyback, Inverters, semi conductor devices and gate drives.
Knowledge of thermal management, magnet components design, EMC and safety requirements
Experience in magnetic design: Low and high frequency transformers and Inductors
Ability to analyze analog & power electronic circuits using error budgets, Performance analysis, Sensitivity analysis etc.
Product design experience: Power converters/AC- DC Circuit, EV charger.
Knowledge of PCB design in meeting the compliance/Manufacturing requirements.
Knowledge of control Loop design and stability analysis and experience in developing control systems for Power inverters/Converters.

Having experience in using CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout, Pulsonix is a plus.
Familiar with the use of multi- meters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic.
Good knowledge of electronic circuit design with Op- Amps, ADCs
Good knowledge of electronic circuit design using discrete semiconductors (BJT, MOSFET, Diodes)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with analog and digital circuit development including design, debugging and validation.
Prototyping, validation and troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
