HARDWARE INTERN
Requirements
Understand on basic printing/scanning/ photo-copy services (MFP machines).
Experience in the overall hardware devices, network infrastructure and systems is preferred, knowledge in hardware/computer/mobile specs, performance requires.
College/Degree in Computer scientist or related to information technology engineering with an experience in Information System, Information Security.
Understand on basic Active Directory (AD), windows feature and services.
Understand on basic Server & Client service
Tasks (Description of main tasks):
Responsible on IT’s Deskside service at Schaeffler Vietnam.
Activities required for direct support or checking on the device’s connection (new connections/ issue connection lost) related to production network.
Onboarding process related to preparing IT equipment’s, installation standard and handover with basic support for new headcount on-boarding.
Offboarding process related to collect the IT’s hardware and deprovisioning accounts related.
New IT’s hardware delivery/ handling/ checking with IT’s hardware providers.
Dailly support on-site for end-users at the production areas for production’s computer printers, handheld device. Etc.
SOFTWARE INTERN:
Requirements:
Undertaking Degree in Computer or Software Engineering with a experience in Information System, Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things Multimedia, or Interactive Digital Media
Comfortable working within cross-discipline teams.
C++ programming, java programming, software design, production and project management, production pipeline scripting, Mobile Apps programming,...
Task:
Collaborate with other UI/UX/Industrial designer to design interactive digital media, understand user motivations, and optimize systems and features to deliver the desired user experience.
Create animation, short videos, social media, interactive applications to promote digitalization within the organization, programming, mixed reality application development.
Adopt business needs and participate in virtual platform development, from ideation to deployment and beyond. The incumbent will work on ground-breaking platform features, issues and improvements.
Create clear and effective interaction design documentation, present designs of features and/or platform in concert with project teams;
