Talent Acquisition (TA):
- Promote the employer brand by connecting with schools and job centers, participating in job fairs, and organizing company visits and promotional activities.
- Post job vacancies on job sites, Facebook, job centers, and schools.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, update interview results to the TA team.
- Prepare computers and software for project tests related to typing, Photoshop, and Japanese skills.
- Instruct candidates on tests and update test results for the TA team and project owner.
- Collect recruitment- related documents, such as interview forms and CVs.
- Welcome new employees and conduct orientation training.
Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
- Support new employee onboarding by having them sign NDAs, tax commitments, issuing employee cards, and collecting fingerprints.
- Collect new employee documents, summarize employee account numbers, and track the status of incomplete documents.
- Compile documents for employees wishing to submit to HR HCM, including resignation letters, resignation checklists, and social insurance leave certificates.
- Receive documents from HCM, have employees sign labor contracts, and send them back to C&B.
- Issue social insurance books and resignation decisions to employees.
- Archive employee documents before transferring them to HCM.
Learning and Development (L&D):
- Support L&D activities by preparing rooms, managing training documents, and summarizing and evaluating training sessions.
- Assist with annual company events, such as the Year- end Party, Company Trip, Women s Day, Mid- Autumn Festival, Christmas, and Lunar New Year celebrations.
HR Business Partner (HRBP):
- Assist with handling disciplinary cases by preparing meeting rooms, collecting signatures, and transferring documents to HR HCM.
Receptionist:
- Manage the reception desk, handle phone calls, and welcome guests, candidates, and employees.
