[HCM] Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
Campaign reporting to ensure the deliverable, performance and KPI’s achievement;
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

Manage, understand and act on Client requests and needs.
Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
Handle project timeline and management, quality check and ensure work to run smoothly;

REQUIREMENTS:

Organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work under high pressure
Strong at problem- solving, negotiation & coordination;
Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
1+ years of experience in account executive role in digital agency
Experienced in creative agency is a plus
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
Ability to understand client needs problem- solving, negotiation & coordination;
