JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with Purchasing Manager on day- to- day activities
Make report as per the requirement given by the manager.
Maintain organized records of invoices and delivery notes
Input invoice data accurately and check it for errors to ensure correct billing.
Cross- check delivered products against invoice details (quantity, description, pricing)
REQUIREMENTS
Good in Microsoft Advanced Excel.
Basic knowledge about Supply Chain
Good in English communication
Third year or final year students who are expecting for an Internship
Supply Chain/Accounting major is preferred (Not compulsory)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Propose solutions to optimize raw materials layout
Make report as per the requirement given by the manager.
Assist in observing and analyzing supply chain data/ workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, focus on Warehouse operation activities.
Assist with Head of Supply Chain on day- to- day activities
REQUIREMENTS
Third year or final year students who are expecting for an Internship
Supply Chain & Logistic major is preferred (Not compulsory)
Good in English communication
Basic knowledge about Supply Chain
Good in Microsoft Advanced Excel / Power Point – Is a must.
