[HCM] BUSINESS ANALYST (E-COMMERCE - FURNITURE)

VHG Solutions is a new business model of global furniture trading backed by Viet Hong Group. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable insights and recommendations. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, drive data- driven decision- making, and enhance our overall business performance. This role sits in the operation team, and heavily collaborates with our sales and technical engineer teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast- paced environment and contributes to the growth and success of our organization. Including:
Process Mapping: Document and map existing business processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Data Analysis/ Data Analytics: Analyze large/crude data to extract meaningful insights, trends, market research, and patterns that can drive informed decision- making.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
Data Documentation: Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Project Management: Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Quality Assurance: Assist to provide data/market trend in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error- free.
Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
3- 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Market Research Specialist or similar role in e- commerce trading (Amazon, Wayfair, ...)
Project management experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast- paced and dynamic business environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, data visualization tools).
