Mô tả công việc

The Business Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and developing the team to meet its budget. Parallel with that, he/she maintains and develops a strong business partnership at all levels with existing customers, works closely with Products, Overseas offices and related managers to develop sales and servicing strategies that enable the team to achieve the budget. Additionally, he/she analyzes VIP customers’ P/L, proportion and maintains customers’ retentions and satisfactions.

Oversee cost- effectiveness, productivity, and the provision of customer support procedures that nurture continuous improvement.
Participate in MBR and QBR internal company, or with customers if needed.
Foster teamwork and maintain highly motivated team members through effective leadership, communication and guidance.
Sign documents which are authorized by higher management.
Set and evaluate the monthly and yearly budget and KPI for the teams under your management.
Advise all customer escalations that Business Marketing Assistant Manager or Supervisor could not solve.
Promote company products such as BSA, charter, TPEB, and so on to existing customers and set up strategies to develop potential accounts, to fill up the space company procured.
Make regular reports related to service quality to management.
Liaison with other managers in the country to develop SOP, KPI, action plan and other procedures.
Implement a training for team members to sell all KWE’s products such as Ocean, Air, CBT, Warehouse, VAS Services, both inbound and outbound.
Ensure team members are up to date on all current industry related news and regulations.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
Review and analyze customer insights, then provide development plans that focus on a continuous improvement and innovation.
Obtain and share market information with the related team.
Identify areas and improvements and generate solutions for new challenges.
Interpret and analyze sales information to maximize sales, profit and feedback recommendations to management and sales team.
Provide support to large accounts where needed.
Timely submission of sales reports to direct manager or higher levels when required.

Yêu cầu công việc


Education and experience:

Practical work experience: 08 years of experience in international transportation, including 05 years as Supervisor and Business Development Team Leader.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator, Logistics, International Business or other related to Business.
Knowledge of KWE’s products and services.
Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
At least 02 years of experience in team management.
Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes, and practices with a minimum of 05 years of experience in the same industry.
Have 05 years of experience working abroad and accessing international markets.


Required skills and abilities:

English skills in communicating by speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
Be fexible and able to work in a multinational environment.
Being able to work under high pressure.
Management skills.
Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Develop and inspire team members.
Proficient in personal computer skills and the business systems relevant to the position to enable the identification of operational problems.


Working condition and benefits:

Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday- Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
