As CFO, you will establish clear guidelines and set the strategic direction for local finance teams in each country, ensuring alignment and efficient financial management across all regions. You will work closely with the Board of Directors to drive financial strategy and growth. If you have a proven track record in financial management and thrive in a fast- paced, agile environment, we invite you to join us and contribute to our success.In this role, you will:- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborating with the BOD to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic resource allocation.- Financial Operations: Oversee and streamline financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations to enhance efficiency and transparency. We operate in three continents and 5 countries.- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity, ensuring sufficient capital for operations and growth initiatives, and providing regular forecasts and variance reports to senior management.- International Transactions & FOREX Management: Manage international financial operations and foreign exchange activities, developing strategies to mitigate currency risk, optimize transactions, and ensure compliance with international regulations.- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the organization, maintaining a robust risk management framework to protect assets and ensure financial stability in response to market changes.- Cost Control: Analyze operational costs, implement cost control measures, and collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and efficiency.
