JOB OVERVIEW
At 4P’s we are going to launch our new initiatives to elevate the inner peace of all our partners through work which creates happy moments for customers and the wider society and moreover lead the activities to elevate the consciousness level of all our partners.
Laser focused on finding answers to questions like: what causes happiness, how to reproduce it at our restaurants and how to connect to our partner’s inner- peace, how to cause the happiness to become a long- lasting happiness and deep applied experiments on inner peace.
The incumbent has the objectives to ensure that:
4P’s is world famous as the most sought- after workplace;
4P’s is synonymous with inner peace, long- lasting happiness, and lasting contentment, fulfillment for the world.

WHAT YOU‘LL DO
Ensure the smooth functioning of all the people functions (recruitment, training, C&B, career development, reward and performance evaluation, culture and engagement, etc.) in alignment with the company vision and mission;
Continuously and sustainably improve the satisfaction, engagement and inner- peace for partners and happiness for customers
Cause partners to embrace and live the core values;
Understand company business and people situation and find the conflict which vs our people’s long- lasting happiness and take action to remove all these barrier out;
Lead our people to realize/connect individual long- lasting happiness and our day- to- day working;
Clearly and powerfully communicate the company vision to the partners in a way that it aligns the partners’ life purpose with the company vision, and generate enthusiasm, excitement, and engagement;
Deliverables
Identify (Find, analyze and test) effective measurement for inner peace level of our partners;
Produce a reliable roadmap to realize the vision "Make the World Smile for Peace"
Create the model/system(such as bunch of activities or action list) to sustainably repeating this flow of “the action make customer happy and acknowledge the result “cause “inner peace of our partners” in our business activities;
Find the key access of “making customer/society happy” between “inner peace of partner” and identify better measurable of this cycle;
Continuously improve the employee satisfaction and engagement;
