Job Title: Airfreight Operation Manager
Airfreight Operations ManagementManage airfreight export operations in Ho Chi Minh City, including pricing, booking, and end- to- end coordination.Supervise workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service competitiveness.Ensure accurate handling and filing of all operational documents.Support accurate and timely month- end closing with the Finance team.
Other DutiesPerform other tasks as assigned by management.
Customer & Internal CoordinationProvide direct support to clients, maintaining high service standards.Act as the escalation point for service- related issues.Align local execution with regional/global product strategy.Report operational challenges and recommend improvements.
Pricing & Financial OversightPrepare competitive quotations in line with airline trends and market updates.Coordinate with sales to close deals and optimize cost structure.Monitor payables and receivables (AR & AP); ensure compliance with internal finance policies (e.g., IATA CASS).
Market Support and Business DevelopmentSupport airfreight shipments and requests from Hanoi and northern Vietnam.Develop market knowledge and vendor/carrier relationships in the Hanoi area.
Team Development & Cross- functional CollaborationSet up an Air cargo operations teamSupport team training and capacity building.Develop SOPs and improve internal processes.Work closely with other departments to drive project execution and customer growth.
