About the Role
Support the execution of marketing activities with a focus on New Store Openings (NSO), Store Renovations, and Retail Marketing campaigns across Guardian stores.
Responsibility:
New Store Opening (NSO) & Store Renovation (50%)
· Support the execution of marketing activities for new store openings and renovation projects.
· Track production, installation, and project timelines to ensure readiness for store launches.
· Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver POSM, giveaways, activation materials, and social media content.
· Monitor execution quality and support post- opening reporting.
Retail Marketing (30%)
· Assist in implementing retail marketing campaigns across the store network.
· Support campaign tracking, reporting, and material deployment.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high- quality campaign execution.
Market Monitoring & Administrative Support (20%)
· Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.
· Maintain project trackers and marketing documentation.
· Support ad- hoc projects and administrative tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
· Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
· Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse stakeholders.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
