Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside industry experts, tackling real- world challenges and gaining insights into the end- to- end logistics process. From optimizing routes to improving inventory management, you’ll be immersed in projects that drive efficiency and innovation.
OPENING POSITIONS
Customer Experience Intern (Logistics & Supply Chain Management)
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.
Join projects assigned by the Manager.
Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
Transport Operation Management Intern
Assist in resolving transportation- related issues and delays.
Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost- effective deliveries.
Help manage transportation documentation,
Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Join projects assigned by the Manager.
Assist in monitoring operation status and providing updates to internal teams.
Finance Intern
Join projects assigned by the Finance Manager.
Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis.
Conduct data analysis to identify cost- saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
Help with month- end financial close activities.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Data- driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and Willing- to- do mindset.
Final- year students who can commit to work full- time for 6 months from Feb 2025 or fresh graduates.
Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields.
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, Native Vietnamese level.
Have good communication and teamwork skills.
