To support the development, coordination, and execution of
contributing to overall sales and marketing effectiveness.
all fixture solutions align with brand guidelines and retailer requirements,
in- store fixture programs aimed at enhancing product visibility, brand
presence, and consumer engagement at the point of sale. This role ensures that
Fixture Planning & Development:
Ensure all designs comply with brandguidelines and retailer standards.
Assist in the planning, design, andexecution of POS display fixtures for key retail outlets.
Documentation & DeploymentTracking:
Maintain accurate records of fixturedesigns, technical specifications, and installation schedules.
Track deployment progress andprovide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Inventory & MaintenanceManagement:
Monitor POSM and fixture inventoryin the marketing warehouse.
Coordinate maintenance schedules andrepairs to ensure optimal condition of in- store displays.
Vendor & Budget Coordination:
Assist in vendor communication andsupport sourcing, quotation comparison, and basic procurement processes.
Track spending to ensure activitiesstay within the approved trade marketing budget.
Reporting & Analysis:
Support the consolidation of dataand preparation of reports on fixture implementation, effectiveness, and costefficiency.
Contribute insights for continuousimprovement of trade marketing initiatives.
Support other MKT activities whenassigned

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word); basic design skills are a plus.

Provide monthly summary reports orpresentations for internal stakeholders (PD Marketing, PM, Sales, Retail,Internal Marketing), summarizing key activities, results, and market insights.
Monitor and report on competitoractivities, including product launches, campaigns, and social media trends(e.g., Facebook, TikTok).
Coordinate brand sponsorships, brandevents, and roadshows to enhance brand visibility.
Support in the development andlocalization of visual assets and product marketing materials.
