MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Cooperate and monitor Forwarders/Brands to ensure the customs clearance of inbound /outbound shipments smoothly and on time.
Follow up on the inventory level stock at the 3PL&039;s Hub in combination with the shipping schedule to confirm a suitable booking to ensure the best freight cost and delivery time, and minimize the hub storage cost.
System update, data report, and cost analysis.
Check and prepare all necessary customs clearance paperwork for import/export and compliance with the customs regulation and principles.
Provide the landed cost to Finance
Logistics Pricing and landed cost checking and calculations, make sure all Logistics cosfs are aligned with approved quoftes.
Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure all incoming shipments arrive at the expected time and update the conditions of received goods.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
Fluent written and verbal English skills
Previous experience in the fashion industry or with international brand is an advantage.
Ability to adapt quickly with workload & working environment.
Proficiency in office computer skills, data analyst cost, Excel
At least 02 experience year in the required fields, Customs regulation, FTAs.
