JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment: 50%
Responsible for recruitment according to the direct manager&039;s requirements. Ensure sufficient, timely, and qualified hiring in accordance with the recruitment process.
Support in calling candidates for interviews, participating in interviews, and helping to build a CV pool for the team.
Paperwork: 40%
Support employees in signing contracts and closely follow up on the process of completing candidate documents.
Handle employee documentation and timesheets.
Employer Branding: 10%
Support the recruitment fanpage:
Responsible for candidate engagement: replying to messages, comments, and guiding candidates through the application process.Participate in other EB activities as assigned by the direct manager.
Assist with image design, content creation, posting, and other EB- related activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Final- year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources or related fields.
Ability to work independently with a high sense of initiative and self- motivation, while still being fully supported.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and accurately.
A collaborative team player who works well in a team- oriented environment.
Proficient computer skills with a solid working knowledge of MS Office.
Professional, positive, and proactive attitude at all times.
