JOB DESCRIPTION
Objectives: To support adidas Vietnam’s Membership and BrandActivation efforts through seamless execution across retail and digitaltouchpoints. The role ensures integrated campaign delivery, legal compliance,and member engagement through activations and experiences aligned with adidasBrand standards.
Accountabilities:
(To beperformed in alignment with global, regional & local guidelines)
Retail Activation
Support quotation, invoice, and liquidation processes for campaign projects.
Evaluate post- campaign performance and share key learnings for continuous improvement
Work with regional Legal to ensure compliance documentation for all retail activities
Coordinate with Retail, Brand, and agency partners for store- level activation implementation
Ensure on- ground campaign execution is consistent with brand guidelines and local opportunities
Manage end- to- end execution of retail activation strategy and planning, focusing on local campaigns and commercial moments (holiday, sales period, etc.).
Digital Activation
Monitor digital activations to ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives
Manage campaign performance reporting and identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate with regional creative, digital activation, paid media, and eCom teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
Support campaign briefing and execution across website, mobile app, CRM (newsletter, app push), and paid media requests
Ensure all digital activations meet brand and legal compliance standards
Membership
Lead the execution of key membership moments such as adiClub Days and brand campaign- linked activations
Track, measure, and optimize member engagement through campaign performance insights
Work with regional Membership and Legal teams to ensure compliant, high- quality activations
Ensure smooth coordination across Retail, Digital, and CRM teams for integrated member journeys
Operate adidas’ internal tools (e.g. GET Event) to manage, track, and report member engagement benefits (raffle, exclusive experiences, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in an international, fast- paced environment
Bachelor’sDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Preferably in sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands (retail or agency side)
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Retail Activation, CRM, or Membership program management
Strongadaptability to internal digital tools (CRM, project management, reportingsystems)
Brand activations, events, digital marketing, and CRM systems
English: Fluent in all four skills(speaking, writing, reading, presenting)
