JOB DESCRIPTION
Performance objectives:
Inventory & Delivery
• Follow up invoice & payment
• Coordinate with Accounting Dept. Warehouse keepers. Logistic. Project team.
• Follow- up, inform clients & collect documents for filing after success
• Receive inquiries from Sales Team & clients; check & prepare delivery order (DO)
Managing documentation and data system
• Do all things on AX or new system
• Follow invoice with accountant and report to DM
• Pushing accountant about bond/payment request
• Prepare PO/DO, sample, proposal, and tender documents.
Project management
• Follow up shipments, delivery, and installation process
• Handover to project team all documents and information about installation project
• Submit documents to complete receivable collection
REQUIREMENTS
• Good at time management and planning skills
• Good communicate in English and Vietnamese both verbal & written
• Commit to work full time for at least 3 months
• Proactive, careful, well organized, detail- oriented, highly resourceful and follow up skills
• Good at in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Willing to learn, multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast – paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team
