JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive the PO, check full info, promo scheme, aging and
contract term (if any) then raise SO or quotations.
Answer customers telephone queries. Identify and assess
customers&039; needs to achieve satisfaction
answer client queries and prepare sales documentation
Generate client leads, increase the number of customers,
right methods/tools
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
customer&039;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the
alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
accounts and file documents
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer
· Communicate and handle customer information
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer
service is being delivered
Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices,
chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders
· Take care all clients information/contracts/payment terms…
· Process all sales- related paperwork, daily sale reports
Collaborate with team members and support daily warehouse
perations
· Complete the Ad- hoc task as requested by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
PERSONAL SPECS
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Have 1- 2 years experience as Customer Service; WH Associate position
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred
· Ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Proven customer support experience
