JOB DESCRIPTION
➢ Order Processing
Confirm orders as shipped in the system once dispatch is completed
Verify and confirm orders from the system or related departments before processing
Create shipping labels/BOL according to packaging and carrier standards
Allocate orders appropriately
➢ Order Follow- up
Handle order- related issues: stock shortages, incorrect information, system errors
Monitor order processing progress with warehouse, operations, and international logistics teams
➢ Report Generation
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of order data in the system
Consolidate and report on order processing status daily/weekly/monthly
➢ Ad- hoc Task Execution
Complete manager- assigned tasks promptly
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma – Experience
Bachelor‘s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business administrator or related majors.
At least 1 years of experience in Order management, Logistics, E- commerce, Warehouse,…
Competences
Be able to work in team and coordinate with other departments
Good at Microsoft Excel and proficient in English
Pursue good communications, problem- solving and time- management skills
