Merchandising Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensivemerchandising strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring a diverse andappealing product mix.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity,and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product assortmentoptimization.
Product Assortment Planning:
Collaborate with product design anddevelopment teams to conceptualize and create products that align with brandidentity and customer demands.
Define seasonal product assortment based oncustomer personas, market trends, and sales data.
Omni- Channel Merchandising:
Add, Update, and maintain all data acrossall channels and be responsible for the data integrity- Photos, Specs, Pricing
Provide gap analysis on all channelassortment and pricing
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and salesperformance to recommend restocking, discontinuations, and promotions.
Implement effective inventory controlmeasures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly analyze sales data to identifytop- performing products, emerging trends, and areas for improvement.
Generate reports and presentations tocommunicate merchandising performance and insights to leadership.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales teams to gathercustomer feedback and insights, facilitating data- driven decision- making.
Work closely with marketing teams to alignmerchandising strategies with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional communication, leadership, andinterpersonal skills.
Proven experience in merchandising, ideallyin a leadership role within the retail or e- commerce industry.
Proficiency in using merchandisingsoftware, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite- strong Excelformula knowledge.

Strong organizational skills and theability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Merchandising,Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master&039;s degree is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamicenvironment and adapt to changing priorities.
