Role Description
Assist in Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Activities, implementing the HR Admin tasks & and supporting other HR projects.

Coordinate with the TA Team on the monthly content plan for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Perform other administrative and paperwork tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Support content creation, graphic design, and video production for internal announcements and company activities.
Support the TA Office in internship recruitment, including arranging interviews under the guidance of the Supervisor.
Develop and deliver content for recruitment communication channels and the CBS career website.

Qualifications

Creative, proofreading, logical thinking, and detail- oriented
MS Office – Specializing in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Fresh graduate or 3rd/4th- year students in MKT, PR, Graphic Design....
Good communication, be able to work & connect with many people
Positive, result- oriented and will power to strike for excellence
Good writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
