Assistant, Talent Acquisition (8- month contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support in executing employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
Other tasked as assigned.
Support HRBP in BAU activities.
In charge of end- to- end recruitment process for outsourced positions.
Assist in job advertising, screening, interview arrangements, recruitment operations for FTE positions.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Have good sense of handling confidentiality.
At least 6 months of experience in recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
