Assistant, Product Propositions (8- month contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in building product propositions/concept in light of adequate consumer insights/researchfindings (including developing clear customer journey for each proposition),ensuring the propositions are unique and relevant for customers, distributionchannels & company strategy.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Incharge of Product Market Intelligence and regular update of market productcampaigns and product trends.
Supportproduct training & launching plan: Develop product training materials &conduct training to trainers, work with Creative agencies to develop concept &design product MKT collaterals and support driving launching campaigns, trainingto trainers.
Conductpost- launching product reviews to find out areas that need to be improved andtake corrective actions accordingly.
Supportproduct design development process, collaborate with other both internal &external stakeholders to make sure product is launched by expected timeline.
Asa Product Account to represent Product Propositions team to work with and addressproduct multiple requests from channels and partners.
Strengthenproduct marketability and relevancy through positioning/packaging, product customizationfor channels, product promotions etc.
Workwith Research Agencies to implement customer/market research and conduct distributionsurveys to gain insight on the demand of customers/distribution and validateproposition concepts/design.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal/teamwork skill.
University Degree in a business related discipline.
Innovative and willing to explore new things.
Able to work well under pressure.
Good ability to influence cross- functional teams & external partners
Good analytical skills – ability to work with numbers, facts effectively.
Good communication skill, both verbally and in writing.
Good organization and time/project management skill.
At least 1 year working experience, preferably in product development,product marketing for financial service industry or similar experiences in awell- known research organizations.
Good problem solving skill.
Good understanding of life insurance operational and technical areas isan advantage.
