Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Legal Intern. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high- performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

Work with local authorities in an extensive manner to comply with the law and resolve issues for the company;
Assist in the purchase and sale of the company’s properties;
Work on corporate compliance tasks such as preparing resolutions, meeting minutes, corporate registration procedures, and applying for necessary permits for the company’s operation;
Spearhead elaborate and comprehensive legal research that would potentially drive multi- million dollar revenue transactions for the company;
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Prepare and ensure high accuracy of contracts for services that the company engages in;

Our internship program provides hands- on experience and opportunities for active participation in company projects, rather than simply observing from the sidelines.

??‍⚖️ REQUIREMENTS ??‍⚖️

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

• Based in HCMC;

• 3rd or 4th year law student at a good local or international university;

• Have good logical and critical thinking;

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in preparing and reviewing contracts;

• Good English proficiency in verbal and written communication;

• Commitment to working with Homebase for at least 6 months in full-time capacity.
