JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE:
As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will act as the linchpin between our founders and our dynamic team, driving the execution of our e- commerce strategy to new heights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support: Assist executives by providing strategic planning assistance, master task list, communication coordination, and schedule management etc.
Others: Undertake projects and tasks as directed by leadership, demonstrating a commitment to overarching goals and the flexibility to meet emerging needs.
Operations Excellence: Manage the day- to- day operations of our e- commerce stores across platforms, customer service, fulfillment, and the creation and maintenance of product listings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (product development, marketing teams etc.) to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving company goals.
Product Lifecycle Coordination: Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle from initial sourcing to inventory management. Work closely with supply chain partners to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure a consistent supply of quality products.
Sales & Growth: Contribute to driving online sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies, SEO, conversion optimization, and influencer partnerships.
Strategic Planning & Reporting: Collaborate with our founders to develop and implement cutting- edge e- commerce strategies that align with our company&039;s vision and growth objectives. Regularly analyze latest trends and generate comprehensive reports on key performance metrics across all functions.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2- 3+ years comprehensive experience in e- commerce strategy, marketing, and advertising. Familiarity with the U.S. market and platforms like Amazon, Shopify or similar is preferred
- Proven ability in providing support to senior executives, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time- management skills.
- Strong team collaboration skills, capable of inspiring a team, with a flexible approach to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and strategic capabilities, with an innovative mindset and the ability to adapt strategies based on market insights.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in utilizing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating across teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
