JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Identify and engage potential clients (50%):

• Department of accounts for online and app apps;

• Assistance in acquiring new clients;

• Communication with clients by email, fanpage inbox, among other ways;

• Uphold, cultivate, and oversee customer relationships by organizing Zalo groups, Facebook groups, MKT email, and other customer service initiatives;

• Take part in and support business or partner events, or go to specific events to build relationships with customers and partners;

• Support consultation, submit proposals, and provide quotation to customers in accordance with your leader's instructions;

• Provide a daily, monthly, or annual report on job results to management directly.

2. Communication with internal team (40%)

Support direct supervisor/ project lead and Account Department in:

• Search data and info for the project.

• Communication & coordinate internal teams to set up meetings (briefing, brainstorming, internal review…).

• Writing a contact report after internal meetings.

• Contribute ideas for the project.

3. Paperwork & Others (10%):

•  Doing paperwork under instruction of direct supervisor/ project lead.

• Be in charge of a task onsite on a project assigned by the Account manager.

• Carry out additional duties as directed by your direct manager/supervisor.

REQUIREMENT:

• Fresh graduate or senior student, major in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• Up-to-date with new trends, technology and marketing ideas 

• Perform as a member of account team and work as a junior AE

• Proactive, flexible, deadline driven, willing to learn and get advice from account team

• Learn and understand company process to support team effectively

• Ability to work under high pressure 

• Willing to work overtime/during weekends for job result and quality 

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express), Internet Research 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

• ​​Working experience in software company or being passionate about the IT industry is a plus

• Can use Canva is a plus

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION:

• The standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from Monday to Friday

  Onsite at Beetech office located at Floor 4, PLS Building, 105 Co Giang Street, Ward Co Giang, District 1, HCMC.

STIPEND:

• Monthly stipend of VND 2,000,000 (inclusive of daily parking fee of VND 10,000 per day)

• Bonus based-on merit: For each project where you make a contribution, you'll earn a 5% bonus on the total profit.

Position Overview:

We are seeking internships or fresh engineers with a background in Mechatronics/ Embedded firmware engineering to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will take responsibility for researching technologies, setting up and configuring template projects for IoT devices with Bluetooth mesh, LoRa. You will also work with multiple projects on smart device automation. You will work with a team to bring a specific product from idea to manufacturing line, which include architecture design, firmware development, testing and validation.

Key responsibilities:

• Overview/ Evaluate IoT devices and technologies, IoT devices, Cloud, user interface application.

• Setup build environment for IoT devices.

• MCU programming with C/C++, bare metal and real time operating systems.

• Wireless interface BLE, LoRa.

• Real time control actuators.

• Work with various kinds of sensors.

• Work with battery management system

• Energy harvesting.

• Work with a real time operating system such as Free RTOS, Zephyr.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical engineering, Embedded systems.

• Good knowledge and experiment on C/C++ programming language.

• Work with MCU

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

• Experience on high level language Python/Matlab.

• Team work skills.

Location:
