JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator(s) will be in charge of:
Campaign & Content Execution
Liaise with designers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies to ensure high- quality content (including outsource where needed).
Produce weekly external email updates and event/membership/partnership promotions.
Partner with the existing Marketing & Communications team member to deliver campaigns across email, social, and digital platforms.
Support performance marketing initiatives and track KPIs.
Create and edit short- form videos for campaigns and social media, or manage outsourced production.
Editorial & Media Management for [C] Vietnam Digital
Propose and develop trending interview topics to strengthen media output.
Contribute to monthly [C] Vietnam Digital updates (newsletter + short video).
Manage the [C] Vietnam Digital editorial calendar (Media Channel and Facebook content).
Cross- Team Collaboration
Work closely with Membership & Events and Business Development teams to align marketing with broader organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who:
Is comfortable working with external vendors and creative partners
Is organized, detail- oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Is creative in generating interview concepts and trending content ideas
Is familiar with HubSpot, Meta for Business, and Canva/Adobe
Holds (or is studying towards) a degree in journalism, communications, or a related field, is a plus
Is strong in writing and editing in English (Vietnamese a plus)
Has at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital campaigns
Has experience in video production and editing (short- form content for digital campaigns)
