Marketing and Communications Coordinator (Full- time)

JOB DESCRIPTION
This individual could help us:
Collaborating with the Membership and Events team and Business Development team to align marketing initiatives.
Coordinating our social media channels, CRM system, email marketing, weekly newsletter and content production.
Planning promotional campaigns for events, partnerships, and memberships.
REQUIREMENTS
Individuals who are self- motivated and eager to learn.
Individuals who are detailed, thorough, accurate, and well- organized.
Current students, recent graduates, or individuals with 1 or 2 years’ experience in marketing, design, or other relevant studies.

As a Business Development Executive, you will:
Ensure effective distribution of [C] Vietnam, our weekly newsletter, and other communications to our network of executives
Promote advertising opportunities in our business magazine, [C] Vietnam ()
Identify executives in Vietnam and invite them to become members of our community
Manage contacts and outreach using our database and CRM system
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who is:
Proactive, detail- oriented, and precise in their work
Experienced in sales or business development (6+ months preferred)
A strong communicator with excellent English and interpersonal skills
Self- motivated and eager to learn
A current student or recent graduate in business, sales, or a related field
