As a Social Media Researcher, you’ll turn real- time conversations and behavioral data into sharp, strategic insights that drive brand growth. You’ll analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to uncover what matters most—helping clients lead, not follow. Partnering with cross- functional teams, you’ll shape research, spot opportunities, and deliver insights that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand impact
JOB DESCRIPTION
Analysis and Insight Development (35%)
Analyze social media data to uncover key insights, trends, and brand or category movements.
Identify meaningful patterns in online conversations, sentiment shifts, and influencer impact.
Translate data into concise findings tailored to client objectives.
Client services (30%)
Troubleshoot and resolve project- related concerns from clients. results.
Communicate with clients to clarify research needs and ensure alignment on expectations.
Proactively provide suggestions and updates to enhance client experience.
Respond to client inquiries related to data, methodology, or insight interpretation.
Report and Data management (20%)
Visualize data through charts, dashboards, and slide decks in alignment with project templates and client requirements.
Ensure consistency and clarity in report formatting and visuals.
Perform quality checks (QC) on classified social media data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Export and structure data from social media listening platforms.
Project Execution (15%)
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Data, Client Partnership) and external partners (e.g., media agencies, brand teams) to ensure smooth project execution.
Document and report any issues or delays, and take corrective actions when needed.

Fresher or ideally, at leaset 6 months- 1 year experiences in marketing field or related position
