The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO’s subsidiary, opened 20 years ago,
where we have a market leader position in both Hospital and Pharmacy channels. You will join our
70+ people team to focus on the Specialty Care unit, providing Advanced Wound Care products to
the healthcare professionals in hospital.
This is a 6- month internship position for anyone who looks to set their first steps in the healthcare
sector, and would like to develop a career in marketing and healthcare industry. This intern can
apply for the full time position up on his/her completion of the internship.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Healthcare insurance registration (MMB)
- Pre event preparation (contact vendors for quotation, ECF, logistics, contract)
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and documents.
- Post event: payment for event/meeting
- Update staff data, org chart pptx
- Arrange and support new employee onboarding and office supplies.
- Arrange interview, post job
REQUIREMENTS
Students who have graduated from University or are
about to graduate.
- Problem- solving skills.
- MS Office proficient, especially PowerPoint C. Background
- Good time management and organisation skills with high attention to detail
- Basic English communication skills.
- Customer care skills.
