JOB DESCRIPTION
Doing the corporate financial analysis and firm valuation.
Participating in clients’ Corporate Finance- Corporate Governance Advisory projects.
Perform other tasks at the request of the Head of Advisory.
Having meetings with clients as well as doing the information collecting and research to find out the most suitable advisory plan for them in corporate finance services.
Building a diversified and sustainable corporate client system.
Meet the business planned KPI which related to Corporate Finance Advisory activities.
Cooperating with back office team to support clients when needed and complete advisory contract.
Doing the research and development of Bonds, Stocks and other suitable corporate financial products for specified clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
Good sales skills with proven achievement records.
At least 3 years- experience working in investment banking sector.
AI Literature, data driven mindset is preferred.
Have a Certificate of Practice in Analyst or Fund management.
Flexibility, resilience and agility.
University graduate or higher majoring in economics, finance- banking or other related sector.
Good analytical & creative thinking skillset.
