IT Helpdesk
Job description
Directly handle and resolve
support requests from internal users.

Setup, install, configure, troubleshooting and ongoing

REQUIREMENTS
Desired Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree with major in Networking and IT Systems.
· Proven experience working with networks and IT helpdesk.
Mac OS system

Linux system
· Knowledge of LAN topologies and architectures.
· Good English in writing and speaking.
· Good problem- solving and customer- oriented mindset.
