The role:
We are looking for a Senior Channel Development who is accountable for building and leading the sale channels in day – to- day activities at ELSA.
Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners. Network in education is a plus
Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
Work with some partners and affiliates to distribute ELSA’s product to English centers and schools.
Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
Understand customer and business needs to find go- to- market strategy.
Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
Requirements:
An “A- team” player: highly accountable, hardworking, able to work well both independently and collaboratively to deliver extraordinary results
Team player, good communication and collaboration skills are must. Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment.
Bachelor degree, has understandings about channel development, in education – edtech is a plus
Driven by growth & productivity
Data driven, abilities to do constant capacity building for channel, cross cultural communication, fluent in written and spoken English, self motivated.
Has experience in teaching English is a plus
