Blueberry Group is a growing organization operating in renewable energy (solar, ESG, M&A) and legal services.
What You’ll Do
Support the creation of rough layouts/storyboards for video/TVC projects (if any).
Research design references and trends, and propose creative ideas.
Collaborate with the Content/Media team to develop concepts for communication campaigns.
Support the design of marketing and communication materials, including banners, posters, key visuals (KV), social media posts, POSM, product images, etc., according to the Marketing team’s requirements.
Edit images, compose layouts, and optimize colors and typography in line with brand guidelines.
Design creative assets for advertising on Linkedin, Facebook and the company website.
Who You Are
A portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic projects, freelance work, or personal projects).
Final- year students or recent graduates majoring in Graphic Design, Multimedia Communication, or related fields.
Ability to work well in a team and manage deadlines effectively.
Detail- oriented, eager to learn, and able to absorb feedback quickly.
Strong aesthetic sense, including layout, color, typography, and overall visual style.
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of Premiere/After Effects is an advantage).
