Responsibilities:
Event Organization & Offline Community Management:
- Coordinate with Seller Engagement team to support in the production of the event and communicating collaterals, and the distribution of those items via different channels.
- Coordinate with other TikTok Shop teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders to run other B2B events, and ensure smooth collaboration at different stages to enable the end- to- end delivery of events.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and running online/offline events for SMB sellers and mass sellers in the sellers community group.
- Measure results by tracking metrics and report the event outputs, as well as insight and key learning.
- Responsible for managing offline seller community strategy which builds out a cohesive plan that suits overarching seller community goals and generally exploring and optimizing different incentive activities.
- Other operation tasks are required.
Content Production:
- Edit content to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with responsive purpose and editorial strategy; suggest improvements to the tone and structure of the content; ensure the content is compliant with the seller&039;s audience.
- Ability to design simple banners and create simple short videos, podcasts with basic software for social media purposes.
- Create external and internal B2B content including news articles, social media posts, newsletters for the online sellers community group and other social media channels that motivates, inspires, educates, and engages with sellers.
- Other obligations and duties of the Seller Engagement which are assigned by the team.
Qualifications
- Adept at creating engaging, inspiring, and persuasive B2B content.
- University degree or above in PR, Marketing, Communications, Event, and similar.
- Experience in event planning and organization. Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating event performance, analytical and data oriented.
- Experience in using basic design software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration to edit and create simple banners.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and coordination of cross functional teams.
- Experience in using basic video creation software such as CapCut, Filmora... to create simple short videos.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese language
- Proven experience in problem- solving and time management.
- Experience in eCommerce for major local e- commerce platforms, focusing on B2B communication experiences, or relating positions.
