Job Description

Discussing transportation needed for Hubs or Sorting Centers for daily planning.
Tracking plans and all Linehaul transits daily
Weekly, monthly and annual performance reviews.
Monitoring and resolving shipping route issues
Analyzing the performance of 3PLs and setting up an appropriate operation process for partners.
Daily managing transportation movement responsible by third- party logistics, including first- mile, last- mile delivery of orders & line- haul transportation.
Innovatively proposing different business models as well as ideas on enhancing the effectiveness of the Delivery Process.
Delivering backlog management.
Dealing with ad- hoc, proactively contacting with 3PLs and internal departments to solve problems.

Job requirements

1+ year experience in E- commerce industry
College graduate or equivalent
Deep working knowledge of the truckload industry, linehaul
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Good teamwork skills
Ability to work with numbers and multitask
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in working with Warehouse Management Systems, Delivery/Transportation Management Systems.
Logically time and task management
Ability to work under pressure and huge workloads
Computer skills (MS Office).
