JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide a sample to Client
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Statistic sales data by Excel
Handling of small order from existing customers
Manage and update customer sales data in Sales Department
Prepare documents for business trip, payment procedures
Coordinate with purchasing department to track deliveryprogress
Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timelines
Manage quotation request and tenders by coordinating withrelevant departments
Assist sales manager in preparation of reports and ensuretimely submission.
REQUIREMENTS
• Having passion for Whole sale industry is appreciated
• Comfortable in pioneering work.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field;
• Excellent communication and management skills in both Vietnamese & English;
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel, Powerpoint;
• University Degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year in similar role or fresher;
• Able to work independently to establish processes, policies and ensure adherence;
• Detail orientation;

Coordinates with Operation Team toarrange delivery schedules as planned by SCM
Is responsible for filling/saving allwarehouse document in a manner that meets Company standards for safety,security, and productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
The ability to work as part of a team
Organizing and arrangement skills
Working experiencein warehouse is an advantage
Able to read andwrite basically in English
Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating awarehouse
The ability to work under pressure and to tightdeadlines.
Numeracyand an understanding of administration tasks

Maintains confidentially on all company information gathered during employment such as stock level, pricing, costing, source and suppliers, business plans, etc
Data entry and maintenance of data/master data on company business systems such as BC365 and Raptor
Takes part in the project management,deployment and maintenance of BSD IT initiatives
Monitoring project progress by trackingactivity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommendingactions.
