JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for potential candidates to work remotely for our company in Singapore. This one will report directly & working for Singapore office with main responsibility:
- Recording transactions into an accounting system daily
- Coordinating with the manager’s/team members to keep track of all accounting information needed for a monthly reporting pack such as invoices, cash report, bank statement, property report …
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Check invoice to customers
- Reconciliation of revenue/expenses, cash and bank, update accounts and perform reconciliations of related accounts,
REQUIREMENTS
• Software experience is preferred
• Have at least 1 year experience
• Detail oriented, reliable, and professional attitude
• Carefully, patient and good team- work skill
• Able to communicate in English
• University graduated with background in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
• Well- organized ability
• Ability to follow standard filing procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors such asagencies, printers, freelancers when required. Ensures third party follows QIndustries brand guidelines. Ensuring that electronic and print media are in line withlocal legislative laws.
Website, fan page management & admin control
Design and manage the company&039;s brand identity system
Coordinate with marketing department staff to carry outcommunication work and marketing strategy and plan.
Design advertising publications on digital marketingchannels (website, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube) such as video, flashbanners, popups, infographics, EDM, etc.
Responsible for the design, management and aestheticdevelopment of the Company&039;s design products according to brand guidelines
Develop and refine marketing goals and promotionalactivities for the overall Vietnam market together with the Executive Directorsand Marketing Team in Singapore
Ensures all reports, presentations, and sales kit to besent out to are prepared according to brand guidelines
Design items used in holidays and events (backdrops,invitations, standees, signs, etc.) and printed publications (catalogues,flyers, brochures, posters, etc.)
Any other duties asassigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’sdegree in graphic design, or related field
Portfolioshowcasing a diverse range of design projects
Proficient ingraphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,InDesign,…).
Advanced level in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Fresher or experienceis a plus
Strong creativeand conceptual thinking
·Content &video creation experience is a plus
Ability to projectmanage and deliver within tight deadlines.
Having passionfor Retail Industry is appreciated
Proactive,meticulous and a positive attitude
Experience andknowledge related to marketing including but not limited to social media,website management, corporate identity, etc.
