JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Database Executive to support our trade shows and exhibitions. The role involves data research, database building, offline collection, segmentation, and management of databases to support marketing and sales process of our trade shows and conferences.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct online research to identify and build databases of potential exhibitors, visitors, VIP buyers, industry media, associations and other stakeholders.
· Perform segmentation of databases for targeted campaigns and communication.
· Gather databases in bulk via online searching
· Collect data through offline methods such as collection of association directories, industry association members lists, exhibition directories, business directories etc.
· Keep database secure from external or misuse.
· Build and categorise to maintain databases using multiple reliable sources.
· Maintain, update, and clean existing databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Skills & Competencies:
· Ability to handle and organize large volumes of data.
· Detail- oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
· Familiarity with trade shows, exhibitions, or B2B industries would be an added advantage for this role.
· Strong online research skills with expertise in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in database management, lead research, or CRM handling.
· Graduate in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
