Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We&039;re looking for a motivated and detail- oriented HR Intern to support our team across a wide range of HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands- on experience in a fast- paced, start- up environment.
What you&039;ll be doing:

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities
Support employee engagement initiatives and day- to- day HR operations
Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience
Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll, tax, insurance administration

What we&039;re looking for:

Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Familiar with integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Canva.

Able to commit to working at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
Comfortable working in a dynamic start- up environment
Good communication skills and a team player mindset
Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR
