purposes
The Payroll Intern will support daily payroll and benefits administration tasks for clients.This role works under the supervision of the team leader to ensure servicesare delivered accurately and on time.
Key
resposibilities
Assist the team’s consultants with administrative tasks and documentation
Build and maintain strong internal relationships with team members, PYR Consultants and other departments for work- related duties
for:
Handling monthly and quarterly PIT declarations and supporting PIT finalization processes
Supporting to process payroll and benefits administration for clients
Preparing accurate and timely monthly payroll statements, as well as quarterly and year- end reports under supervision
Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from University.
Ability to multi- tasks.
Ability to work full- time in 6 months.
Final- year student from universitywith major in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law and relevant. The expected graduation date should be afterAugust 2026.
BENEFITS
Accident Insurance.
Allowance: 5.000.000 VND/month.
Location:STAR Building- 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Workingtime: Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00).
