Work with shipping lines to get bookings.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors and the Board of Directors.
Resolve customer complaints related to the shipment (if any).
Coordination of goods: coordinate with suppliers to finalize the packing plan and establish delivery instructions.
Ship goods according to the contract / customer instructions, ensure the progress as signed in the contract.
Plan packing, arrange the order reasonably and accurately.
Work with transport units (Logistic) and insurance companies.
Customer care: monitor and process requests, feedback from customers, handle arising issues.

Job Requirements

University/College graduate (Preferably graduated from Foreign Trade University or Economics major);
1 to 2 years of experience in the field of import- export coordination;
Good negotiation and communication skills;
Ability to handle arising situations.
Agile, able to withstand high pressure at work, teamwork spirit;
Good English communication;
