JOB DESCRIPTION
Preventivemaintenance activities:
· To ensure all equipment are properly maintained
as stated in the up- to- date SOPs and comply with preventive maintenance (PM)
and calibration schedule
· Build- up and update Standard OperationsProcedure for equipment/tool maintenance and operations
· Observe and support subcontractors forcalibration and maintenance
· Timely escalate to superior/site operations manager should there is any potential
impact or interrupt operations
risk of equipment shortage or damage that may
· Check and propose solution to fix
malfunctioned equipment. Evaluate the equipment damage and functioning
capability and engage vendor to repair it
· Assist manager in equipment calibration and
receive equipment/tool, check the report and update (if any)
preventive maintenance activities performed by external vendor: deliver and
· Coordinate with customer and relevant partiesto fix the issues related to machines
· Prepare audit activities and follow up on theclosure of audit findings related to PM and calibration activities
· Initiate and lead improvement projects
equipment and facilities in warehouse
related to productivity and cost saving of service & maintenance of
· Manage and report stock count of spare parts
Training:
· Ensure team members to be passed down theupdated procedures and to have adequate competences to complete the job
· Conduct trainings related to equipment PM forall maintenance technicians
REQUIREMENTS
Experiences and Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering.
· Minimum 3 years working experience in facility management
· Good at English communication
· Proficient at computer software such as: Word, Excel, Outlook
