JOB DESCRIPTION
Negotiate purchasing terms and conditions; complete contractual procedures.
Search for and/or contact suppliers.
Collect relevant purchasing documents.
Prepare warehouse receiving documents and complete payment procedures for suppliers.
Follow up on purchase orders.
Receive purchasing requests and information from internal departments.
REQUIREMENTS
From 2 to under 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
Graduated from university with a major in Economics or a related field.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and honest.
Knowledge of economics or commercial operations.
Intermediate English (reading and communication).
Experience in purchasing garment accessories/materials is a plus.
