Ensure the updated customer information is shared withrespective sales, and be responsible for all service- related information beingfiled and updated.
Proactive selling of DHL services, such as TDD, SII, andPDN, to ensure tap on every business opportunity and acquire optimizedrevenue
Answer both walk- in and telephone inquiries.
Maintain retail outlet clean and tidy.
The incumbent has no direct reports or authority overcountry lines or functional personnel. Nevertheless, he/she must demonstratethe ability to influence decisions/actions.
Ensure delivery of professional service to all walk- in and accountcustomers at all times.
Provide support in processing the redemption service forthe marketing campaign.

Managemaintenance of the customer instructions and customer general informationdatabases to ensure that the databases are up- to- date and accurate
Providecustomers with duty and tax advice notification and seek payment approval fromthese customers when the duty and tax amounts payable exceed DHL’s paymentlimits
ContactDHL customers (both origin and destination) for clearance- related shipmentinformation or documents when the existing documents or information availableare not sufficient for DHL to clear the shipments
Collatethe clearance documents and coordinate the handover of these documents with theassigned broker for BTO shipments.
Reviewthe “Shipment in Bond” inventory report to ensure that these shipments areworked on a daily basis.
