1. ABOUT VUIAPP
VuiApp is the pioneer of Earned Wage Access (EWA) in Vietnam. We are on a mission to bring financial wellness to millions of workers. We don’t just follow the law; we help navigate and shape the legal landscape for innovative financial products.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, internal policies, and compliance documents.
Ad- hoc Projects: Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Head of Legal to support VuiApp’s growth.
Legal R&D: Conduct deep research on legal regulations, particularly regarding EWA regulations, Fintech trends, and Data Privacy (NDCP). Propose creative legal solutions for complex business challenges.
Licensing & Compliance: Support the team in executing legal procedures with state authorities and partners.
Operational Excellence: Manage legal archives, track case progress, and ensure all administrative legal tasks are executed with precision.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Profile: Final- year students or fresh graduates from top- tier Law Schools. Available for at least 3- 4 days/week.
Mindset: A "Start- up Soul" – You are fascinated by Fintech, Digital Transformation, and Personal Data Protection.
Personality: Bold & Dynamic. We don&039;t want "yes- men". We want someone who dares to voice their opinion, dares to try, and has a leadership spark.
Skills: Strong legal reasoning, analytical thinking, and the ability to simplify complex legal jargon.
Attitude: High integrity, proactive, and resilient under high- pressure startup environments.
