JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be working in Operation Division, under the instruction of Operation Manager.
Daily tasks include:
- Check invoicing.
- Schedule and manage accountant&039;s work flow.
- Administrative system update.
- Deal with confidential, sensitive information/data.
- Cooperate with accountants and other department in order to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct managers.
- Phone/ email communication to overseas clients.
- Allocation/ job scheduling and follow up job deadline.
- Download and create jobs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good computer skills.
- Educated overseas or trained in Western working environment is a plus.
- At least 01 year of experience in operation, customer service field.
- Fluent in business English (especially Writing skill).
- Ability to multitask and work in team.
- Logical and critical thinking.
- Analyzing and Resolving problem skill.
