Job Description
Managing demand and supply planning and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in order to execute MRP model on SAP system and drive required material level to manage healthy inventory meet business needs and optimal supply chain:
Demand Planning:
Ensure alignment between the sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure to meet business demand
Work with Sales/ MKT/ Production and R&D team to understand the nature of demand for each product and sale/ promotion channels in the dynamic environments of multiple brands
Ensure demand forecast data is correctly submitted to SAP system
Review Monthly Forecast rolling & validation process, Forecast accuracy measurement & provide solutions for continuous improvement
Deep understanding of demand input factors (seasonality, brand standard, promotion, new stores, Bill of Material, Product sale mix…) as well as the effect of demand on the downstream factors (inventory, lead time, cost...)
Tracking and analyzing historical sales data, promotion data and working closely with Commercial team (Marketing , Operation Team,..) and R&D Team for bottom- up forecast alignment
Supply Planning:
Create supply scenarios to prepare reaction plan for each of the demand/supply variation occurs
Follow up the actual inventory and PO deliver to react with changes
Deep understanding of supply input factors (forecast demand, coming orders, MOQ, shelf life, lead time order...)
Ensure smooth and accurate Replenishment and PO placement processes on SAP systems as well as continuous improvement for such processes
Manage inventory health of all brands to meet business expectation
Other arising tasks related to planning scope, depend on business circumstance
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor&039;s degree in a related field preferred
Knowledge of MRP/SAP systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with applying analytical techniques
Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly developed knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management
Self- improvement, self- motivated, integrity, independent and can work under high pressure.
