WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Follow up with internal teams (Operations, Capacity & Planning, Overseas Agents) on cargo readiness, booking status, and shipment progress, based on instructions from CS executives.
• Support Air Customer Service team in daily operational activities under supervision.
• Support basic data checking, reporting, and document reconciliation tasks as assigned.
• Support preparation and checking of shipment milestones, flight details, and POD status in system, and assist in updating customers as guided.
• Assist in shipment tracking and promptly report delays or exceptions to CS executives for further action.
• Learn general airfreight processes, Incoterms basics, and customer service workflows through hands- on support.
• Assist in communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and assigned customers to prepare, check, and verify airfreight documents (HAWB, MAWB, invoice, packing list, COO if applicable) to ensure accuracy and SOP compliance.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Basic knowledge of import–export documentation is an advantage.
• Careful, detail- oriented, and disciplined in following procedures.
• Good teamwork spirit and cooperative attitude.
• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
• Communicate effectively and confidently, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Able to handle tasks requiring speed and accuracy.
• Responsible, proactive in learning, and open to feedback.
• Strong interest in airfreight operations and customer service.
• Able to read and write professional emails in English for daily work communication.
